I am having trouble logging in to my account

If you have registered for a course on this website, you will need to use the email address and password you entered when you registered. If you require assistance, please call our support line at 1-800-747-1719 or email support@beaconlive.com.

To purchase course

View a detailed description of the course and then select add to cart at the bottom of the page. When all items are in the cart, login as a returning user or enter personal info to create an account. Click register at the bottom of the screen to proceed to payment. You will receive confirmation of your purchase via email from registration@beaconlive.com.

To view purchased courses

Select My Account to view your dashboard. Select the course title from your listing of recent registrations to view the course.


  • You must watch the video in its entirety and confirm all Verification codes to receive the certification link to access the exam. Fast-forwarding will deem you ineligible to proceed to the certification link.
  • If you need to continue viewing at a later time, please remember to logout using the 'Logout' link in the top right corner of your screen. By utilizing the logout link the system will bookmark where you left off and continue from there the next time you log in.
  • Pausing the video or leaving the certification page on your screen for an extended period of time will cause your session to expire and your place will not be bookmarked when you return.

How long will I have access to a webcast?

You will have access to your course for 12 months from the time of your purchase. Please check your email confirmation for purchase date.

How do I receive a certificate of completion?

Once you have viewed the entire video, you will be prompted to complete a test. Upon successful completion of the test (75% or higher) and completion of the program evaluation you can email a copy of your CE certificate to yourself. No partial credits will be awarded.

How do I access my certificate?

  1. Login to your Account.
  2. Click on My Account.
  3. Click on Credits and Certificates.
  4. You will see the title of all previous programs you have attended. By clicking on the search icon, you will be taken to the certification result page
  5. Click on the email certificates button
