Description

In this course the presenter will describe what ethical leadership looks like in educational and organizational settings, and outline common ethical pitfalls for new leaders, drawn from the literature and other sources. The presenter also will offer participants multiple ethical frameworks in which emerging leaders can view their responsibility to others that can be useful for informing their decision making and consultation practices.

  2. Identify at least three common ethical pitfalls for leaders.
