Description

In this course, the presenter will begin by orienting participants to the common components of an organizational budget and describe how to prepare and manage a budget in line with a strategic plan. Next, the presenter will offer research- and industry-supported strategies to manage challenging events, such as budget cuts and program cutbacks. Finally, the presenter will describe situations when consultation from, and collaboration with, financial experts may be advantageous for leaders with budget-making authority.
