Description

In this course the co-presenters will define the concept and principles of organization transformation and describe the role that psychologists have in such transformation.  They will also address how to assess, lead and manage shifts that are necessary to bring an organization through challenges and into a new future. Finally, participants will learn specific planning and implementation steps supported by best practices and the scientific literature to increase success in organization change.
