This is a virtual event, accessible online. Access instructions will be provided after registration.

Psychologists receive extensive training in how to provide clinical services. However, there is minimal training in how to structure an organization in order to provide these much needed services.

This workshop focuses on these three essential strategies for building a strong psychology practice:

- Defining your practice vision
- Using practice metrics
- Creating a place in the community you serve

Whether you are in solo or group practice and work in or out of managed care, this webinar helps you identify essential strategies and best practices that you can immediately integrate into your practice.

Learning Objectives
•    Describe a process for defining the vision or “why” of their practice.
•    List metrics essential for practice decision-making.
•    Describe options for creating a valued place in the community.
