Presenters

Stephanie Hanson, PhD, ABPP (Rp)

Dr. Hanson is the executive associate dean at the University of Florida’s College of Public Health and Health Professions. Dr. Hanson received her Ph.D.’s in developmental and clinical psychology from Vanderbilt University and is board certified in rehabilitation psychology. She served on the American Board of Rehabilitation Psychology Board of Directors and the Executive and Ethics and Social Responsibility Committees of APA’s Division 22. She is an APA fellow and recently co-chaired the task force updating the disability guidelines.

Craig Kramer, PsyD

Dr. Kramer is a licensed clinical psychologist in Florida. He received his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University New England. Dr. Kramer currently works for a group private practice in South Florida, where he sees adolescents, adults, and families. He conducts psychotherapy, psychological assessments, and supervises APA interns. Dr. Kramer is a committee member on the Committee Disability Issues in Psychology (CDIP) and the National Council of Schools and Programs of Professional Psychology (NCSPP).

Emily M. Lund, PhD, CRC

Dr. Lund is an Assistant Professor of Counselor Education in the department of Educational Studies in Psychology, Research Methodology, and Counseling at the University of Alabama. Their research focuses on disabled and multiply marginalized people, with particular emphasis on interpersonal violence and trauma; suicide and non-suicidal self-injury; graduate education and training; and LGBTQ+ issues within those communities. They have published over 100 peer-reviewed publications, two edited books, and numerous book chapters.

Connie Sung, PhD, CRC, LPC

Dr. Sung is an associate professor and director of rehabilitation counseling master’s program at Michigan State University (MSU). She is also a co-director of the MSU Services, Training and Research for Independence and Desired Employment (STRIDE) Center. Her research focuses on school-to-work transition, career development and psychosocial adjustment of individuals with disabilities. She has published 80+ journal articles and book chapters and is a Mary Switzer Fellow awarded by the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living and Rehabilitation Research.
