With growing recognition that supervision is a distinct professional practice, requiring specific targeted training, has come specific guidelines and practice standards. This workshop is designed to provide participants a framework of competency-based supervision, new guidelines and best practices, including the most current perspectives and developments through vignettes and interactive problem-solving exercises. This workshop is designed to enhance participants’ competence: knowledge, skills, and attitudes related to supervision practice, including the best practices and evidence-supported techniques of clinical supervision.
